THE RECIPE

YOU NEED:

✔️ 1/2 can pumpkin purée⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
✔️ 1/2 cup gluten free flour⁣⁣
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣
✔️ 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣⁣
✔️ 1 tbsp ground flax seed⁣⁣
✔️ 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁣⁣
✔️ 1 tbsp hemp seeds⁣⁣
✔️ Pinch of sea salt
✔️ Handful frozen blueberries
✔️ Coconut oil⁣⁣

MAKE IT HAPPEN:

① Spray a large non-stick frying pan with coconut oil and heat med low.

② Mix everything together. Form 2 large pancakes in your pan.

③ Cook 3-4 min per side or until golden brown.

④ Spread with ghee or coconut oil + a light drizzle of maple syrup.
