- 1 cup frozen butternut squash
- 2 tsp pure lemon extract⠀
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 grind of black pepper⠀
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 cup of oat milk
