Tastes exactly like a lemon bar!


THE RECIPE

YOU NEED:

  • 1 cup frozen butternut squash
  • 2 tsp pure lemon extract⁣⁣⠀
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter⁣⁣
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder⁣⁣
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder⁣⁣
  • 1 grind of black pepper⁣⁣⠀
  • 1 tbsp flax seed⁣⁣
  • 1 cup of oat milk

MAKE IT HAPPEN:

① BLEND.

② Top with a low sugar crunchy granola + extra sprinkle of ginger powder. I love using Lark Ellen Farm’s lemon blueberry grain-free granola.
