This Avocado Walnut Basil Pesto is ready to blow your socks off. It’s dairy-free and loaded with healthy fats to keep you full and energized.
I love serving over pasta, but it makes for a perfect plant-based spread to top off any dish!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 c basil, stems removed
- ½ c raw walnuts
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 clove garlic, mashed
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
MAKE IT HAPPEN:
① Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy and well combined (should be super smooth).
② Serve over your favorite pasta or as a dip with veggies + crackers for a healthy snack.
