2020 hit a little different this year, so maybe all you want for Christmas is a drink 😂🙋🏻‍♀️ I HEAR that, and I have you covered with the perfect kombucha cocktail.

I don’t know about you, but cocktails made with wholesome ingredients make me happy! Most holiday beverages should be on the naughty list as they are total sugar traps and will have you destined for a hangover. I love creating drinks using natural sugar like maple syrup, honey, and fresh fruit.

Make it a mocktail by nixing the whiskey. So, we can all cheers to that!


THE RECIPE

YOU NEED:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp whiskey 
  • 2 tbsp pure cranberry juice (I use the brand Lakewood)
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • blood orange or ginger flavored kombucha (I use the brand Health-Ade)
  • handful of cranberries
  • orange slice
  • fresh rosemary sprig

MAKE IT HAPPEN:

① Pour maple syrup, whiskey, cranberry juice, orange juice into a whiskey glass and mix.

② Top off with Kombucha and add in cranberries, orange slice + rosemary to garnish.
