HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS FORMATTED?
EACH WEEK CONTAINS 5 WORKOUTS: A LOWER BODY DAY, AN UPPER BODY DAY, A FULL BODY DAY, A HIIT DAY, AND A LISS DAY.
ARE THE WORKOUTS GOOD FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes and No. You can absolutely modify the exercise to suit your own fitness level, however, the exercises do not contain a demo, so you should know how to properly do a bicep curl or be willing to look it up on Youtube to ensure proper form.
WHAT TYPE OF RECIPES WILL YOU PROVIDE?
All recipes can be modified for the gluten-free, sugar-free, paleo or vegan eater.
