BACKSTORY: Back in college, I faced some serious health challenges—stubborn weight gain, cystic acne, a relentless sweet tooth, and some painful gas and bloating. Despite numerous medical tests, the doctors couldn't offer any solutions. It was an incredibly tough period, feeling uncomfortable in my body, embarrassed by my symptoms, and insecure about my appearance.

Everything changed when I decided to take control of my health. I dove into studying nutrition and became obsessed with creating healthier versions of my favorite indulgent recipes. As my physical well-being improved, I realized the importance of understanding mental well-being too. This curiosity led me to explore psychology, human behavior, and everything related to personal development, mindset, and energy.

Having immersed myself in this transformative journey, I founded my wellness coaching business. My mission is clear—to guide everyone toward living their best life. It starts with achieving optimal physical health because, let's face it, you can't do much without that foundation. From there, it's about removing mental blocks, breaking free from societal conditioning, and embracing an authentic life from the heart.
