BACKSTORY: Back in college, I faced serious health challenges—stubborn weight gain, cystic acne, a relentless sweet tooth, and painful digestive issues. Despite countless medical tests, doctors couldn’t offer any solutions. It was a tough time, feeling uncomfortable in my own body, embarrassed by my symptoms, and insecure about my appearance.
Everything changed when I finally decided to take control of my health. I plunged into nutrition, began biohacking my routine, and—being a foodie—discovered how to create healthier versions of my beloved indulgent recipes. As my physical well-being improved, I recognized the importance of nurturing my mental well-being too. Realizing I wasn’t living to my full potential prompted me to study psychology, human behavior, and mindset.
Combining a rock-solid wellness routine with daily mindset practices didn’t just shift my health—it revolutionized my life. Physically, my energy, strength, and vitality skyrocketed. Mentally, my attitude became resilient, driven, and optimistic, empowering me to crush my goals and build the life I once dreamed of.
Having immersed myself in this transformative journey, I founded my wellness coaching business. My mission is clear: to guide people toward living their best life. It starts with optimal physical health because, let's face it, you can't do much without that foundation. From there, it’s about removing mental blocks, breaking free from societal conditioning, and going after your dreams fearlessly.
