My latest program, 'Lose It,' is born from my personal weight loss journey. I shed 25 pounds during my college days and another 45 post-pregnancy in under 4 months.

Through transforming my eating habits and adopting specific wellness rituals, I not only lost the weight, but also banished my sugar cravings, afternoon slump, belly bloat, and late night mindless munching episodes.

The catch? I live to eat. I didn’t want to give up pasta or count calories; I desire flexibility in my diet and satisfaction from my meals. So, I've founded a weight loss approach that is as delicious as it is nutritious and as structured as it is sustainable.

With over a decade of coaching experience as a certified nutritionist, my weight loss formula is tried, true, and tested. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle.

  • The program includes 4 downloadable 7-day meal plans. Each day includes a breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. The meals are packed with flavor, whole food based, and weight loss friendly. These meal plans are curated by Lindsay, and she loves to eat, so you can trust they are delicious! Each plan includes a handy grocery shopping list, and you'll also receive a recipe e-book with 20+ healthy recipes. You can always modify recipes based on your preferences.

  • There are 4 7-day move it challenges during the course of the program. These are quick + effective exercises designed to get you moving more! Whether it's reaching a daily step goal or a brief set of squats and crunches, these challenges aim to sculpt your body and boost muscle mass, enhancing fat burning throughout the program. Modifications will be included.

  • Choose a week to kick off this program when you can focus on it — the detox needs your utmost attention and for best results requires home cooked meals. Week 2 maintains the push, while weeks 3 and 4 offer more freedom for dining out, socializing, travel, etc. This is a self-paced program, but designed to be completed over 4 consecutive weeks.

  • Yes, you can make your own modifications on the meal plan based on your food allergies or personal preferences. However, many of the meals contain fish, meat, and eggs; therefore, I would not recommend this course for a vegan eater who consumes zero animal protein. If you are a vegetarian who eats fish and eggs, you can easily modify the meals. All meals can be made gluten-free or dairy-free if needed.

  • Participants have lost anywhere from 5-15 lbs depending upon their body type + program adherence. You can also expect an increase in energy, improved sleep, reduced cravings, less bloat, and better mental focus after the detox week!

    Lindsay is not able to guarantee results for online programs because everyone who attends has a role to play on their end in creating the results - i.e. will you implement it? Will you follow through? She can't guarantee what you're going to do on your end, therefore can't guarantee specific results.

    What she CAN say confidently is that she's helped hundreds of people lose weight, eliminate cravings, and increase energy, on this exact protocol, including herself!

  • This agreement has no cancellation policy. WHY? Because this is about commitment, dedication, and action.

  • You are guaranteed course access for one year from enrollment date. You will be able to download all program materials (meal plans, grocery lists, the recipe book, protocols, etc.) to keep and use forever.

  • You can email Lindsay with specific questions during this program, but please note that direct coaching is not included. Currently, Lindsay is offering one-on-one sessions for $225 USD. These sessions can be added on to this program for personalized customization and support.
