1 cup frozen mango
1/2 fresh mango (optional, but adds more flavor)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 serving unflavored protein powder
2 heaping tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp flax seed
1 cup unsweetened nut milk
