Dice up the onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and avocado and then place in a bowl. If you’re going for an aesthetic, you can form piles of each ingredient to make it look pretty for a photo before you toss it.
Pat the drained and rinsed chickpeas with paper towels and ensure they are dry before adding them to the bowl.
Drizzle the veggies and chickpeas with olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
